About cd’s & dvd’s:

Most DVD’s comes with color sleeves in hard dvd boxes, cd’s – not. Tracklist is always present.
I’m using high quality media for recording: Verbatim, TDK, Sony etc. No “noname” cd’s!
There is no original cd’s – only the digital copies (because no such original DVDs in the world), my production is rare.

Shipping:

Shipping is free.
I usually send packages by registered airmail within 1-2 business days after receiving a payment.
I reserve the right to choose the method of shipping unless you want to pay extra for express or priority shipping.
I ship for whole world.

Usually packages to other countries are delivered without any problem.
Delivery to America & Europe takes 2-3 weeks [airmail].
In the case of loosing parcel, I will send your order once again for free (after 2 months)

Payment:

Wire transfer:

I do not accept:

- personal checks;
- money orders;
- cashier checks;

Returning:

All sales are final.
No returns. No refunds.
Exchanges only if the DVD does not work properly. I will ship you another DVD upon item will be returned.
